These terms are an agreement between you and Wabomo (Wabomo, Vilnius, Lithuania) ("Wabomo", "we", "us"). They apply to all Wabomo games and related services (the "Games"). Annexes at the end add details for individual games. By downloading or playing a Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to play our Games. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for purchases you make.
Your account
A Game may create an account for you automatically. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Do not sell, share or transfer your account. Display names must not be offensive, impersonate others or include personal contact details. We may change or remove names that break these rules.
Licence to play
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Games for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control, as allowed by the rules of the app store you got the Game from. We and our licensors keep all rights in the Games, including characters, art, music and code. You may share screenshots and short videos of your gameplay for non-commercial purposes.
Virtual currency and items
- Games may include virtual currency (such as coins or gems) and virtual items (such as boards, riders, cards, chests, passes or subscriptions). These give you a limited licence to use them in the Game. You do not own them.
- Virtual currency and items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be sold or transferred, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Chests and other random rewards show their possible contents or odds in the Game where required.
- We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items and prices to keep the Game fair and fun. If we close a Game, we will give reasonable notice in the Game.
Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. We never see your payment details. Refunds are handled by the store: Google Play refunds or Apple refunds.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from contracts for digital content. When you buy virtual content that is delivered immediately, you agree that it is delivered straight away and acknowledge that you then lose this right of withdrawal. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty.
Subscriptions
Some Games offer subscriptions that give extra benefits for a set period (for example one month).
- Auto-renewal: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same length and the price then shown, until you cancel it. The price and period are shown in the store before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account when you confirm the purchase and at each renewal.
- Cancelling: cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions (help). On iPhone or iPad, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions (help).
- After cancelling: your benefits continue until the end of the period you already paid for, then stop. Rewards you already claimed stay in your account. Rewards you did not claim before the end do not carry over.
- Deleting the Game or your account does not cancel a subscription. The store keeps billing until you cancel it in the store.
- Price changes: if the price changes, the store tells you in advance and, where the law or store rules require it, asks you to agree before you pay the new price.
- Refunds: handled by the store, as above. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the first subscription purchase. Because benefits start straight away, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started, as far as the law allows. You can still cancel future renewals at any time.
Your statutory consumer rights are never limited by these terms.
Ads
Some Games may show optional ads, for example a short video you choose to watch for a reward. Rewards are given only for completed ads. Ads are provided by third parties as described in each Game's privacy policy.
Multiplayer and conduct
Our Games are made to be played together, so please be kind. You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, bully or insult other players, or use hateful or sexual names.
- cheat, use bots, modified clients, exploits or automation, or manipulate rankings, invites or rewards.
- interfere with the Games, other players' devices or our services, or try to access data you are not allowed to see.
- sell or buy accounts, virtual items or boosting services.
- use the Games for anything illegal.
You can block or report players as described in each Game. We may review reports and take action.
Suspension and termination
If you break these terms, we may warn you, reset unfair progress, remove items gained unfairly, or suspend or close your account, depending on how serious it is. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability) continue after termination.
Updates and availability
We update our Games to fix bugs, add content and keep them fair. Some updates may be required to keep playing. Online features need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable. We may stop offering a Game or a feature with reasonable notice.
Third-party services and app stores
The Games use services from other companies (see each Game's privacy policy), and your use of an app store is governed by that store's terms.
Apple App Store: these terms are between you and Wabomo only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Games. If a Game fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the Games, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, consumer protection claims or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Disclaimers
We work hard to make our Games great, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that they will be error-free or always available. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Wabomo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items, data or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, we are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in your local courts. Please contact us first. Most problems can be solved quickly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we release a new Game or feature. We will post the new version here and tell you in the Game if the change is important. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

Annex A: Yukiboo
- Accounts: Yukiboo creates an anonymous account automatically. You can delete it in Settings > Account or as described on the delete account page.
- Virtual currency and items: coins, gems, cards, boards, riders, style items, chests and passes, as described above.
- Multiplayer: races with up to four riders, parties with friends, friends lists and leaderboards. Your display name, flag and trophies are visible to other players. Rivals in races may include recorded runs of other players.
- Pip Club subscription: an optional monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. While it is active, members get a daily gift in the game and the club benefits shown on the Pip Club card in the Store. The price is shown in the store before you buy. Cancel in Google Play or Apple ID subscriptions at least 24 hours before renewal. Benefits last until the end of the paid month. Deleting Yukiboo or your account does not cancel it. See Subscriptions.
- Purchases: through Google Play, and the App Store when the iOS version is released. Restore purchases in Settings.
- Ads: the current version shows no ads.
- Privacy: see the Yukiboo privacy policy.
